Position overview:
Rich May seeks an attorney with 1-5 years of experience in investment management for a rapidly growing, sophisticated practice with good compensation and benefits, a great platform on which to grow, and a manageable work-life balance not found at larger firms who do similar work. It is essential that the candidate have an excellent academic background, a commitment to professional development, and a desire to build a career in a collegial environment. Candidates must have excellent writing and analytical skills. The candidate should have experience with registered and exempted investment advisers and related compliance policies and procedures, and private fund formation, offering and operations (RE, VC and PE). Experience with CTA/CPO or BD regulatory regimes a plus but not required.
