Position overview:  

Choate is seeking highly-qualified associates to join their diverse, fast-paced practice. The candidates will work on matters representing lenders, institutional investors, and corporate clients in a wide-range of asset-based and cash-flow financing transactions, junior capital investments, restructurings, and bankruptcy matters. Significant experience working on the transactional aspects of complex finance matters required. Strong academic credentials, sound professional judgment, and high motivation to provide exceptional client service required. Large firm experience is preferred.
