Summer Internship Opportunities with BLG Members
The Boston Lawyers Group (BLG) invites college students interested in a career in law to apply for the Annual Summer Internship Program for College Students of Color. This highly successful pipeline program seeks to immerse college students from diverse backgrounds to a career in law. Deadline to apply has been extended to Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
Applicant Requirements
Interested Applicants must:
Have completed their undergraduate freshman year and be entering their sophomore, junior or senior year at an accredited college or university by Fall 2022. College seniors graduating May 2023 are not eligible.
Demonstrate a connection to Boston
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America

Program Overview
Selected students will be contacted and interviewed by Participating BLG Member firms and hired to work in their law firm/corporate office/public sector for a ten-week paid internship. In addition, each selected intern will receive an attorney mentor at their respective organizations for the duration of the program. To further enhance the summer experience, BLG members are encouraged to provide interns with professional and social activities designed to highlight the benefits of practicing law and living in the progressive and dynamic city of Boston. The BLG will not be offering a Mock Trial to the 2023 interns due to a limited number of summer internship positions being offered. BLG summer internship programing calendar of events will be shared in late April, but will be limited due to class size.
