Todd & Weld LLP, a Boston-based firm of trial lawyers, seeks an associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join its Criminal and Government Investigations practice group. The position will entail a mix of high-level state and federal investigations and criminal defense work, as well as health care work including appearing before professional licensing boards and at internal disciplinary hearings.

Candidates must have substantial trial and writing experience; excellent research, writing, and analytical skills; and outstanding academic credentials. Candidates should be prepared to carry a busy criminal caseload with significant client contact, regular court appearances, and to develop an active criminal and government investigations practice.

Must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
