Position overview: 

At Rich May, we believe a great law firm consists of a team of great people and we are looking for a new teammate. We have an opportunity for a litigator with 3-7 years of experience to join our rapidly growing litigation practice. It is essential that the candidate have an excellent academic background, a commitment to professional development, and a desire to build a career in a collegial environment where work/life balance is valued. (We target 1,600 billable hours per year for our associates.) Candidates must have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Candidates must also have substantive civil litigation experience, with a focus on the litigation of business disputes.
