We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate.

JOB SUMMARY

The Litigation Associate will represent clients in trademark, copyright, trade secret, patent and inventorship disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the International Trade Commission, and in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Qualifications

· A degree in engineering or life sciences

· 2-4 years of IP litigation experience.

· Strong academic credentials, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
