The Boston office of Arent Fox is seeking an associate to join the 4th-6th year class in the corporate practice group. The ideal candidate would have deep experience in corporate transactions such as mergers & acquisitions and venture capital or bank financing (or both), as well as in providing general corporate advice and counsel. Additional requirements include strong drafting and organizational skills, the ability to interact directly with client management and opposing counsel, and experience in coordinating a multidisciplinary client service team. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment. Arent Fox offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
