The Boston Lawyers Group Annual 2L Diversity Job Fair will take place virtually, via Flo Recruit in June 2025.

The job fair provides BLG member organizations the opportunity to select and interview for 2026 Summer Associate positions from a nationwide pool of highly qualified JD 2027 law school students of color interested in working in Boston and/or rising 2Ls that can demonstrate a commitment to advancing DEIB in the Boston legal community. Law students selected for interviews will also be invited to attend the in-person Pre-Job Fair Reception to meet the BLG Employers who will be participating in the job fair.
