Program Manager

The Boston Lawyers Group (BLG) is seeking applicants for the full-time Program Manager position. 

The BLG is a consortium of more than 40 members that include large and mid-size law firms, prominent government organizations and leading corporations.  The BLG is responsible for the design, development and implementation of innovative programs and activities that support member efforts to identify, recruit, advance and retain lawyers of color.

Qualified Applicants must be highly organized, flexible, self-motivated, and, able to work independently and with a variety of constituent groups.  Individual must possess excellent administrative, networking, and time management skills.  Must be proficient in marketing software applications and associated technology. A creative and innovative mindset is essential.  Experience with website SquareSpace application helpful. 

Independent Contractor Position/1099 compensation. Paid at an hourly rate, based on experience. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and experience in a legal work environment preferred.
